How doth my heart beat so kindly? Tis the love that
flew into my life on swift wings. Swaying in the breeze
she dances, and ties the wild flowers in her hair. I watch;
not breathing, not blinking, not thinking. Her love to me is
like the winter fire that sets my soul a burning blaze.
She twirls and dances toward me, and takes my hands,
and we float gently aloft in to the warm sky. "How doth
your love be for my heart?" she asks. "My love for you is
eternal, for you are the star of the east, and I am the
star of the west." I say.
We dance on the clouds, and touch the silent winds.
Our love becomes one, and we dance forever.
